  • Joshua J. Blair

    Dedicated Personal Injury Attorney

Josh Blair was raised in Yukon, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Josh's practice is focused almost exclusively on helping injured Oklahomans receive fair compensation for injuries caused by deliberate or negligent acts of others. Josh has helped hundreds of individuals in and around the Oklahoma City area recover compensation for their injuries and get back on with their lives.

In January 2010, Josh joined Lyle Clemens to form Clemens Blair. The transition to a smaller firm enabled Josh to focus more on helping Oklahomans in need of legal guidance in difficult and trying times. Outside of work, Josh enjoys golf, fishing, OKC Thunder basketball, and spending time with wife Angela, and their two young sons.

"My number one goal as an attorney is to help people. Too often we hear complaints from people who were not satisfied with the attention they have received from lawyers in the past. We make every effort to provide clients with the personal service that we feel is crucial to the attorney-client relationship. The great thing about operating out of a small firm is the ability to form relationships with clients."

  • Emily Nash Kitch

Construction Accident FAQs

  • What is my case worth?

    Answer:

Every case is different and it would be irresponsible to give a ballpark number or dollar amount for your specific claim. There are several things that we will need to consider before determining the potential amount of financial compensation available in your situation. In the most general sense, you may be able to recover economic and non-economic damages, such as medical care, lost income, property damage, pain and suffering, and more.

  • What if I was offered a settlement?

    Answer:

We know that the last thing you may want is a long, drawn-out legal battle, but accepting the first settlement check that comes your way could actually end up jeopardizing your future and overall well-being. Insurance companies are notorious for providing pitifully low-ball offers to accident victims. We are prepared to fight to make sure your case is valued to the highest extent so that you receive the proper financial recovery you need and deserve.

  • Who will be held responsible for my accident?

    Answer:

If you were injured in an accident caused by no fault of your own, or if a loved one has been wrongfully killed due to another party’s negligent or reckless behavior, then you could be eligible to file a claim and pursue financial compensation. Different parties can be held responsible for an accident that resulted in injury, including individuals (like a negligent employer) or an entity (such as a machinery manufacturer).

  • Why do I need a lawyer?

    Answer:

Working with an attorney can help level the playing field. Simply put, our firm makes sure insurance companies don’t try to offer a low-ball settlement. We know how to investigate a case to make sure you are receiving the full amount of compensation, then we fight hard to make sure you do not receive anything less than what you deserve.
